Some of our partners visited Milipol 2019, which is a main event for homeland security and safety. It was an opportunity to present the SocialTruth project and disseminate specific materials.
The fourth general meeting was held on 7 & 8 november 2019 in Rome at the headquarters of the partner Tecoms. In this meeting the progress of the project was presented and all the partners contributed to the discussion for the optimal definition of the subsequent phases for the implementation of the project.
The SocialTruth paper “ML methods for fake news classification” by: Ksieniewicz, Choras, Kozik and Wozniak, is now published in LNCS by Springer. It will be presented by leading author (Paweł Ksieniewicz) next week at IDEAL 2019 – Manchester, 14 – 16 November – a well known ML conference.
